Artworks by Anastasia Potemkina at the exhibition "HER" at the CCA Zarya in Vladivostok
Taking into account the ambiguity in the interpretation of the holiday of 8th of March in a modern Russian society, curator Oksana Sarkisian appealed to the female artists representing the younger generation on the Moscow art scene. Although the artists-participants of the exhibition work with various media (painting, photography, video, installation, participation art, performance, etc.), they share the emotional perception and expressiveness.
"Anastasia Potemkina’s ironic aestheticization of artefacts of violence" will be on display at the CCA Zarya until the 30th of August, 2015.
