In her new project, Anna Andrzhievskaia proceeds with her personal artistic research related to reflection on the emigration experience of her own. The artist showcases an installation that simulated a children’s playground – a space for heart-piercing mediation about relocation and cultural adaptation. Here, the already familiar motifs of her practice intertwine with the narration about a migrant’s journey, offering the audience a poetic interpretation of the complexities inherent in the quest for home and belonging.
The exhibition is part of Art Nou Festival and can be attended in Tangent Projects Gallery till July 31.
