This is the second collection by Befree Co:Create and Anna Andrzhievskaya, and it is all about parallel realities where everything is possible. In her works, Anna shows some surrealistic worlds where the characters of her own design dwell — a dog with its hypnotizing eyes, a butterfly in boots, and a cloud person. The fashion designers put Anna’s paintings that resemble a crazy dream to their knitted sweaters and accessories — scarves, hats, and mittens. These are accompanied by notepads with painting-like covers and the inscription saying, ‘You are an casual observer.’
‘I made up some of the characters for my SURPRISE CONTAINER exhibition that was held in Anna Nova Gallery last spring and covered certain events in parallel universes. For instance, we put my EXECUTION OF SAUSAGE picture, its plot revealed in the name, to a grunge ripped jumper,’ Anna related.
