Nova Art Contest awarding ceremony was held June 27, 2019. Among the prizes for the finalists there is an exhibition at the Anna Nova Gallery, and this opportunity will be given to the artist Valeria Abendrot.
Valeria has got a medical education and been working as a dental technician for 6 years, until she radically changed her career. As an artist, she explores the influence of civilization development processes on human physical and mental condition. Valeria’s project Embrionic is now on view at the exhibition of the contest finalists in the Pavilion of New Holland Island. It is a three-dimensional interactive installation that simulates a scientific laboratory and erases the boundaries between the digital and real world.
