Scientific-popular symposium «Machines of the Earth: Geological conditions of the Deep Media Art» was in 5, June. The event was about the art of deep media - a field of research that is being developed at the intersection of modern art, philosophy and science.
The starting point of the symposium will be «Geological Trilogy» by the artist Dmitry Morozov aka ::vtol::, presented at the first solo exhibition in Saint Petersburg «Measuring Range» in the gallery Anna Nova. It will be a representative example of artistic practice in the field of deep media.
